Property: Manor of Rawcliffe, the capital messuage at Rawcliffe and all the freehold property in the townships of Rawcliffe, Snaith, Cowick, Polllngton, Drax, Newland, Hensall, Stock, Goodall, Whitgift, Reedness, Swinefleet, Arming [Armyn], Adwick [Atwick], Bentley and Hatfield Chase (a close called Damshaw in Rawcliife, the spring wood in Armin [Armym] and some property in Adwick [Atwick] excepted) all the inheritance of Boynton Boynton, deceased. On trust so that a common recovery may be suffered and that afterwards he, John Wilson may stand and be seized of the property to the use of trustees, William Strickland of York, esquire, and Peregrine Dealtry of Mount Pleasant in Oxton, esquire, for a term of 200 years on the following trusts: 3 ninths of the property to the use of Richard Langley; 1 ninth each to the use of Ralph Creyke the father, Elizabeth Dealtry, Ann Langley, Frances Langley, Ralph Creyke the younger, and l ninth to be subject to such limitations as John and Catherine Cayley shall appoint
