Born upon a luggage waggon. Enlisted into same regiment as his father for 16 years. Broke his arm and discharged. Went to live at Selby c.1817 then Market Weighton. Taken ill at Holme, taken before magistrates and removed to Market Weighton and put into workhouse. Now travelling with pots.
