N.; messuage in occupation of John Pearson merchant and mariner and sometime land of Anthony Leech S.; street W.; Hull Haven E.); 2 cellars and chamber above, adjoining; garden and garden house, tenement and stable on S. of Jesus Gaite now called Robinson Raw. Coat Close in Myton (on which a sheep coate stood) with common for 80 sheep in Myton Carr. Hunter Half Oxgang and Narrow Half Oxgang in the South Field and North Field; and 1½ oxgangs in Burstwick.
