Property: all that separate land in Drenghou [Dringhoe] in Le Hall Cristing with entry and exit, which William had by final concord of William de Stootevill and his wife Matilda (Hillary 1319/20): (i.e. land of Mazeline daughter of John de Melsa on either side, and from the curtiliages ("curtis") of the said Robert and of Mazeline to the meadow of Mazeline which sometime belonged to the rector of Ruda [Routh]).
