Lands in Etton to use of Marmaduke Langdale, brother of A.L. and Katherine wife of George Fowlbury, for 7 years to pay debts of A.L., and then to his son Richard. (18 Feb. 1569/70). (b) Gift: Parties as (a) property: all lands of A.L. in Southcliff, Northcliff & Santon to use of his younger sons Peter & Marmaduke. (18 Feb. 1569/70). (c) That Richard L. died about six years ago.
