| Description | Thomas Nevile of Howton and Phelipp Constable esquires: T.N. to execute Grant as DDCC/149/26/H2. Anthony Langdale to marry Agnes daughter of P.C. before ensuing Michaelmas. A.L., within a year of coming of age, to make an estate of 20 marks clear yearly value in Etton to uses of himself and Agnes & his heirs; P.C. having such lands during his nonage. A.L. & P.C. not to meddle with any other lands during such nonage. A.L. not to trouble T.N. & his wife Alice (mother of A.L.) in any lands of which she is seised, in jointure and dower, in Howton, Newland, Wighton, Chereburton, Bubwith, Beilby, Ive, Crome, Hilderthorp, Sureby & Ellercar. Parties mutually bound in £100 for performance.
