All lands & tenements in Holton, Newbald, Cheryburton, Elerker, Sewerby, Marton, Beilby, Bubwyght, Hyeth, Crome, Wighton, Stokame & Hilderthorp to use of wife Alice (who is exor.) for life. (Lands in?) Neuland, Cheryburton, Crome, Sewardby; Belby, Elerker & Elderthorp to sons & daughters for 21 years and then to right heirs. All goods to wife Alice, to pay his debts. A missal "de lez pryntylle", of 10s. value, to Santon church. Etc. Witnesses: Sir Robert Constabyll, John (Suayr ?), chaplain; Nicholas Langdayll, Henry Cowke.
