| Description | Henry Thwaytes & his son Edmund, and John Burgh esquire relating to Antony Langdale son & heir of John Langdale dec'd. & wife Anne (now wife of J.B.) to marry Elizabeth daughter of E.T. before ensuing Purification B.V.M. (i.e. 2 Feb.1476/7). J.B. to deliver to H. & E.T. lands of £10 clear yearly value in Etton & Warter; and to make a clear estate, within 6 months of A.L. being of full age, to himself & his wife Anne for their lives, of all their lands & tenements (except those in Newland beside Eastrington & "Calice beyond the See"), with remainder to A.L. & heirs of his body, and then to Ann. H. & E.T. to pay 100 marks to J.B. Etc. Parties mutually bound in 100 marks for performance. Given at Wyghton.
