Agreement: (i) Prior of Marton (ii) William Bekard, William Lascells, Marmaduke Theweng & John del More of Midleton and (iii) Cicely widow of William Langedale relating to relating to the grant of 20s. annual rent by Letitia widow of John de Meaux (as in DDCC/149/26/C4), and a grant to her by John Vyle and William Lone chaplains of lands etc. in Crome near Sledmere, for the life of Robert Houton, canon of the priory, and for his upkeep, with remainder to William de Langdale & Cicely and heirs of their bodies. Parties as (i) & (ii) covenant that their estate in the premises shall cease on preferment of R.H. to any benefice of £10 yearly value. Given at Crome.
