| Description | That a recited grant by John Constable of Halsham to William Lasceles of Brakenbergh and Dom John Coillour rector of the church of Rosse (Page 39) of property manors of Halsham, Constable, Burton in Holderness, Manby Super Swaill, and Knoll with all their appurtenances; and all his property in Tharlisthorpe, Ottingham, Paule, Dodyngton and Thyrntoft, with the advowson of Kirkeby Wisk for their lives, was on condition they paid him £4000 before the following Easter, otherwise to be void.
