Rectory of Hackneis Manor, farm and manor of Lamwath. Moiety of Burstwick North Park. Annuity of £93. 6. 8. from manor of Constable Burton.
Sir J.C. covenants that the manor of East and West Halsham, Burton Constable, Cundall and Letby; rectories and tithes of Cundall, Letby and Norton; the owns of Newton and Marton; North and South Parks; Little Humber; Beningholme Grange; Thorneclose with the demesnes and mills there; Marshe Garthe; Richmond Demaynes; East and West Osgoods; East and West Forkerleys; New Landes; Brigg Landes; the Hookes; West Coate; Chesehowse Coate; Nethercoate with Hoockes; Oxe Graunge; East and West Helonde; Knewland; Northcoote with the demesnes of Thorne and Withernsay; demesnes of Esington lands in Sprotley; and Dowethorpp, shall descend to H.C. (excepting Kening am Marsh and other property settled as jointure of Dame Katherine wife of Sir J.C.; and annual rent charge of £80 out of manors of Little Humber; East and West Osgoodes, Oxegrenes, Newlandes, and Hollandes and the rectory of Cundall, payable to Halsham Hospital and School).
Power to Sir J.C. to charge premises with up to 500 marks value for any future wives or issues; and up to 400 marks for legacies.
W.P. and Dame D. to pay £600 and R.D. £1600 to Sir J.G. on the marriage.
W.P. and Dame D. to pay for wedding apparel of the bridge and all costs of the wedding; and to pay the balance of £500 to H.C.
John, Lord Darcie, Outhbert, Lord Ogle, Sir Christopher Wray L.C.J., William Pelham esquire, Sir Thomas Tressam, Robert Dormer, Thomas Farmer and John Chamberlayne esquires trustees.
