Property: south part of the dwelling house as far as the porch, barn plow[plough] stable, kiln coach house, 2 Lowgarths, hop yard, 28 acres arable, Tranby oxgang ( 11 acres 11 stengs), one and a half acres meadow in North Holmes, half an acre in Acres Head, parcel called Toad Hole in North Field, two and a half acres in South Holmes, 2 pasture gates in the Greenes, 4 South Holme gates, 4 Furth gates, half of the Five Acre Flatt and (Thewet?) acre in Acre Heads in Anlaby.

Endorsed with memoranda:
a) Occupiers of north and west parts of the house to have access to gelding stable, well and pond; and only that part of the courtyard, orchard or chapel garden from the coal hole to the west end of the chapel to be part of the premises leased. 2 Apr 1686
