Property: the East Hall in Anlaby, Cow Close, Ing Close, 'Applegarth Pickle and Mote', 2 messuages and 6 oxgangs in Anlaby; West Field in Wolfreton; Milne Hill Close and Church Close (of £102 annual rent) having been assigned by John Legard to Margaret Legard as part of her jointure and also as a security for raising a portion for Anne, daughter of C Legard and his wife Theophilia; and it having been agreed that Robert Legard shall receive the rents of the premises for 5 years; he bound to pay to Margaret Legard interest on the rents received, and all the principle money either on the death of Anne Legard before the age of 21 or marriage or 6 months after the end of 5 years.
