| Description | From 1940 to 1946 staff register sheets are used, listing name of staff, date of birth, date of appointment, status on the staff, schools and colleges attended with dates, particulars of Public and University examinations, list of teaching posts with dates, particulars of teacher training, particulars of residence abroad in the case of modern language teachers, annual salary, date of leaving, and post after leaving the school. From 1946 application forms are filed, listing name of staff, date of birth, address, marital status, maiden name, education and examinations, teacher training, present salary, special qualifications, particulars of service, and names of referees.
