Description	Annotation on the inside cover notes that the book is a register of existing staff as at and after 1 Oct 1954 who applied and were accepted for membership, on 'Humber Ports' and 'Railway Paybills', entered in membership number order (pages 1 to 15). It goes on to note that those who joined after 1 Oct 1954 were compelled to become members of the scheme when qualified (page 16 onwards) with existing junior staff who qualified for membership at age 21. Annotations date to 1969. Also indexed.
