Description	With terrier of marsh ground in Kilnsea below high water mark the owners of which are liable to repair the Humber Banks. And Petition of Hedon Corporation; Hedon Haven is constantly in need of dressing because the water from Roos and Burton Pidsea is now diverted to Keyingham Haven and there is not sufficient flow of water to help scour the Haven and the cost of dressing the Haven is much greater.
