| Description | A series of files relating to claims for compensation arising out of loss of licences to public houses presented to the Licensing Compensation Authority. Cases have been brought under the terms of the Licensing Act, 1904 and the Licensing (Consolidation) Act, 1910.
Files usually contain the valuer's reports contained in CCER/11/2/1-5. However, this series of files contains additional information such as correspondence, the valuer's rough working and other evidence gathered, which may include inventories, tenancy agreements and plans.
