| Description | A series of printed reports of the Medical Officer of Health also incorporating reports of the Sanitary Inspector. The content of reports varies slightly over the series but typically contains: birth and death rates, statistics on causes of deaths, notifications of infectious diseases, reports on provision of health services. Sanitary Inspectors reports contain: statistics on inpections of houses, food manufacturing premises and factories. Reports for 1900-1930 contain reports on weather and wind direction. Later reports contain statistics for volume of shipping entering Port Sanitary District and inspections of vessels.
