Widow Margaret Pape to inherit all his properties in Bridlington for life is she remains a widow.
If she dies or remarries properties are to be sold by trustee Mr Thomas Stephenson, Bridlington, innkeeper and the proceeds of the sale to be divided between his four children.
George Pape and Mary Ann Duck Pape by his first wife Elizabeth Duck.
William Pape and Smith Pape by Margaret Pape.
George is to receive £20 more than the other children.
