Bequeaths all household goods, furniture, china, linen, money and real estate to be sold or auctioned by executors Robert Wilson., Speeton in the County of York, farmer and James Hill, Maw House, Epworth in the County of Lincolnshire to be used towards the maintenance and education benefit of my daughters Lucy Wharton and Charlotte Elizabeth Wharton until they attain the age of 21 years.
