| Description | The following byelaw is repealed: New Buildings and certain matters in connection with Buildings, 25 Jun 1914. The following byelaw is applicable to the whole of the Borough: New Streets and Buildings, 2 Mar 1928. The following byelaws are re-enacted and apply to the whole of the Borough: Preventing the waste, undue consumption, misuse or contamination of water, 16 Jul 1923 and 3 Jan 1916; Pleasure Boats and Vessels, 21 Oct 1920; Pleasure Grounds, 7 May 1906; Markets, 4 Sep 1903. |
