Title	Viking-Age lead weights from Cottam

Abstract	The purpose of the article is to draw attention to a group of lead weights found over the last three decades at Cottam on the Yorkshire Wolds. The assemblage of fifteen well-preserved weights can be narrowly dated on the basis of associated finds to the late ninth and early tenth century. It represents a highly significant dataset for the Late Saxon and Viking period.
